You can create more than one AI assistant and switch between them by clicking on the “Make Live” button.
Where can I manage conversations or training data?
All conversation logs, training data, and AI behavior settings can be managed from your Neexa AI dashboard. Simply click on the corresponding link in the plugin dashboard to directly head to Neexa AI dashboard.
Does the plugin slow down my site?
No — the plugin is lightweight, it doesn’t slow down your site.
How do I style or position the assistant on my site?
You can use custom CSS or plugin configurations to change the appearance and position of the chat widget. Developers can also use hooks and filters for advanced customization.
Can it work with caching plugins?
Yes — but if you’re using aggressive caching, make sure dynamic content like the assistant script is excluded from caching rules where necessary. Please Purge the cache after the plugin installation if the chat widget does not appear.
