Installatie
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
- Navigate to “Property Importer” in your admin dashboard and configure your Resales Online API credentials.
- Set up your Filter IDs (comma-separated) in the Import Settings page.
- Use “Import Properties” to manually import properties or wait for automatic updates.

How do I search for a specific property?
You can search in two ways:
1. Quick Search: Use the search boxes on the Api Data page to search through the first 40 displayed properties (instant results).
2. Search All Pages: Use the “Search All Pages” feature to search through all properties across all API pages. Enter the Property ID or Reference and click “Search All Pages”.What is the difference between “Properties” count and total properties?
The “Properties” column shows the total PropertyCount from the API (e.g., 5,954 properties). The displayed properties grid shows only the first page (typically 40 properties) for performance. Use “Search All Pages” to find any property from the full database.
How often are properties updated?
Properties are automatically updated daily via a scheduled cron job that runs at midnight. You can also manually trigger updates or use the refresh button in the Api Data section.
What are Filter IDs?
Filter IDs are identifiers from your Resales Online account that define which properties to import. You can configure multiple Filter IDs (comma-separated) to import properties from different sources or categories.
How do I view import logs?
Navigate to “Property Importer > Logs” in your WordPress admin. You’ll see all import operations with status, duration, property counts, and timestamps.
Can I limit how many properties are imported?
Yes, you can set a “Limit Properties” value in the Import Settings. This limits the total number of properties imported across all filters.
