Take advantage of a new feature presented in WooCommerce 2.1 and split your cart into packages to offer your users
multiple shipping selections. Packages can be broken down based on shipping classes or on a per product basis. Each
group will have its own shipping selection under the shipping section of your cart and checkout forms.

In addition, this plugin can limit which shipping methods are used for each package. Using the provided table, match
each shipping class to its applicable method, or leave it blank to include them all!

This plugin is designed as a simplistic UI for users who want to separate their cart in packages without the need
of a developer. The actual functionality of multiple shipping options is provided through WooCommerce 2.1

Installatie

Minimum vereisten

  • WooCommerce 3.0 of hoger
  • WordPress 4.8 of hoger
  • PHP-versie 5.6 of hoger

Installatie via FTP

  1. Upload the entire woocommerce-multiple-packaging folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activeer de plugin via het ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  3. Dat is het! Je vindt een nieuw tabblad onder je WooCommerce > Instellingen pagina om de plugin in te stellen.

Wat is er gebeurd met de item details voor elke verzendmethode nadat een bestelling is geplaatst?

Dit is een WooCommerce ontwerp keuze. In de winkelwagen en afreken velden, worden bij elke verzendoptie de onderstaande producten vermeld die van toepassing zijn op het opgegeven tarief.
Na het indienen zal de ontvangst- en bestelpagina alleen de geselecteerde opties vermelden, en niet welke artikelen op die manier verzonden moeten worden. Als je deze functie
wil aanvragen, neem dan contact op met WooCommerce ondersteuning.

Great concept, but is no longer compatible with Woocommerce. While this plugin is activated, your cart page will display the following message, “There has been a critical error on this website.”

I’m not sure if this is supposed to work this way, but the multiple packages are shown to the right of the products in the cart which doesn’t do anything but confuse customers as to what shipping methods are for what products. Furthermore, when you start the checkout process it combines both without any indication as to what product is being shipped at what rate, making it even more confusing for the customer. If that’s how it’s supposed to be then I’m baffled as to why someone would want to do that. I’m using the block checkout so perhaps it’s a bug in the newer layout. I give it 3 stars because technically it does what it claims to do, but it’s execution isn’t done well.

So unbelievably useful, WooCommerce is selling $99 plugins that don’t do as much as this does, and the UI didn’t have me pulling my hair out either. Thanks so much for this!
